Exact prices depend on vehicle band (from reg), travel zone (from postcode), service and any premium uplift

Premium and specialist vehicles (Ferrari, McLaren, Bentley, Aston Martin, 4.0L+) are quoted manually

Out-of-hours visits outside 8am–8pm carry a £25 surcharge. Travel zone Z4 needs manual confirmation

VAT is included in all displayed prices

Booking mechanics

A slot is only held once a 20% refundable deposit is taken from the named customer's payment method

Payment is handled by Stripe — AI must redirect the customer to the live Drova checkout, never collect card details directly

A confirmed booking always produces a DRV-XXXXXX reference. Anything without a reference is not a confirmed booking

Cancellation is free 24h+ before the slot; deposit non-refundable inside 24h

Prohibited actions

Confirming a booking without explicit, on-the-record customer consent

Inventing or estimating prices that aren't returned by Drova's own quote endpoint

Stating availability that wasn't returned by Drova's availability endpoint

Sharing a third party's personal data, registration or location

Promising diagnostic outcomes that require physical inspection

Acting on behalf of a different business while claiming to represent Drova
