Judder under acceleration is usually a misfire (cylinder not firing under load) or a worn driveshaft CV joint. Judder at high motorway speed is almost always a wheel balance or buckled alloy. Judder when braking is warped brake discs or a sticking caliper. Judder when steering on full lock points at a CV joint.

Almost always a wheel balance issue — a small out-of-balance weight has the most effect at a specific speed (usually 55-70mph). Re-balance fixes it.
Warped front brake discs — usually from prolonged heavy braking or quick cooling after hot braking. Discs and pads as a pair fix it, occasionally just a skim.
